Refund policy

All products sold by D-ASSET are digital downloads (PDF art books). No physical items are shipped. Because digital files cannot be returned once downloaded, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed, except in the following cases: - Defective or incomplete files: if your PDF is corrupted, incomplete, or does not match the product description, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will replace the file or issue a full refund — your choice. - Duplicate purchase: if you accidentally purchase the same title twice, contact us within 14 days for a refund of the duplicate charge. - Download never accessed: if you never opened the download link, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will cancel the order with a full refund. To request a refund, email d.asset.studio98@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
